
Leonard T. Evers is Of Counsel at Jones Kelleher where his practice focuses on construction site injuries involving negligence and product liability. Using his knowledge of construction and safety, Len investigates serious construction site accidents on behalf of injured workers, focuses claims by applying appropriate safety regulations and industry standards, works with nationally recognized experts, and helps clients through the legal process.
Len is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. He has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” by the Massachusetts Super Lawyers in the area of plaintiffs’ personal injury. He is a member of Ironworkers Local 7, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, and the American Society of Safety Professionals. He is a graduate of the apprenticeship program of Ironworkers Local 7, Boston College, Suffolk University Law School, and Keene State College, where he earned a Master’s degree in Safety and Occupational Health.
